Meet Sam Patterson and Jacob Pool – your Tru-D SmartUVC Contract Management team! Sam joined the Tru-D SmartUVC team in September 2014 and is currently manager of contracts. Jacob joined Tru-D SmartUVC in August 2020 and serves as administrator for contracts and partnerships.

The Tru-D SmartUVC Contract Sales and Management Department facilitates all contracts and agreements for new and existing Tru-D SmartUVC customers. These multifaceted contracts include services such as website tracking, custom email reports, workflow consulting, continual training, software updates, hardware maintenance and 24/7 remote support and are managed both internally within Tru-D SmartUVC and externally through a facility’s supply chain department. Sam and Jacob help establish a bonded, revolving relationship between Tru-D SmartUVC and its accounts.

Sam and Jacob also handle:

  • Direct selling and presenting of Tru-D contracts/agreements to existing accounts.
  • Generation of standard quotes, proposals, and contract terms and conditions.
  • Strategic negotiation of pricing terms.
  • Escalating pricing negotiations to the PDI Finance team when necessary.
  • Utilizing the Tru-D SmartUVC/PDI sales team to expedite the closing sales process as needed.
  • Maintaining sales management systems for accurate sales tracking, metrics, forecasting, reports and contract term dates.
  • Consistent daily navigation of contract approvals through all supply chain departments and requirements until the final PO and signed contract are executed to produce a collectible invoice.
  • Reviewing, negotiating and approving all requested contract revisions. Escalating to PDI legal when necessary.
  • Packaging and providing all necessary closing documents to PDI Finance for invoicing.
  • Filing and archiving all executed contracts and related closing documents.
